PC TAX to compensate artists?

Belgian politicians must be a)crazy b)have too much free time c)are pussy whipped by music/movies companies.

Or maybe all of the above options, so now likely there will be a new law that lets them add another 30-40€ tax above the already 21% vat taxes + recycle money.....

And it's not for some good cause or so, it doesn't go to the pour, neither to tsunami... where does all the money go to..... ARTISTS! To compensate the loss in profit because of computers...

Isn't that insane, let's all become artists now, you don't even need to sell music to earn money, people that buy computers are big fans of you and big supporters.

So a normal company that buys 10 pcs (only 10!!) will now pay 400€ for music and movie companies. Hope more people will start buying stuff outside Belgium where there aren't any crazy taxes like this.

oh btw: Guess i'll just start downloading movies and music, I already paid for it anyway.
